Once the Concepts of any subject are clear we can build up a robust and strong superstructure. For instance, once we understand the basics of Earned Value Management System which is a concept, we can then use this conceptual framework in any process or knowledge domain like Time or Cost or Communication. We do not first classify the knowledge domain or processes and then define the Concepts required to understand this knowledge domain. We reverse this sequence. First of all, we equip students with the Concepts and then see how, where and when they are used.
